01 · Who we are
A building company that still builds
Sterling Master Builders is a Paarl construction company run by people who started on site and stayed close to it. We bring more than 13 years of hands on experience to every project, from new homes and commercial buildings to renovations, alterations and heritage restoration.
Founder and director Donnie Joubert spent six years as a site manager and seven as a project manager before starting Sterling. That background shows in how we run a job. Clear costing up front, tight programme management, and a finished product we are happy to put our name on.

Careful work on older buildings. We respect the original fabric and use methods and materials that suit its age.

Offices, retail and industrial projects, priced competitively and delivered on programme for tendered and private work.
